This is the second time my Fitbit is not receiving notifications from my phone. The last time it was receiving some notifications but not others (then about a week later after doing nothing it was back to normal). I have restarted my phone, Fitbit, turned off bluetooth then turned it back in again, turn off notifications on the app then back on again, I even unpaired the two devices and this still hasn't worked. I have done everything I can find online to get the notifications and nothing has worked. I find it strange that I'm not getting notifications but my versa is connecting to my phone because on the app it has how many steps, hours I've slept etc (these are the same on my phone and fitbit. Can someone help!?

May I ask what type of phone your having notification issues with?
I assume that your Versa is not in its DND mode.

I have a Samsung S10 5G. The same thing happened with my old phone a couple of months ago (Samsung S8). What is DND mode?

Do not disturb swipe down on the Versa screen to get to the quick settings.
