Fitbit Versa not responding

All of the sudden my Fitbit versa stopped responding and won't display anything, doesnt have lights on back, has original fitbit clock face, tried to factory reset and restart.  Doesn't seem to respond to anything.  What do I do?  Only 3 months old.

Hi, since you already tried the usual actions to solve the problem, I would advice you to contact Customer Support for a replacement.

Happened to my sister's Charge 2 so what I did was to plug it in it's cradle and leave it to charge. I think I almost forgot about it half of the day but when I went back to it in the afternoon everything was back to normal and still working to this day. Dunno but made me suggest it was a battery issue so I suggest plugging it in for more than the usual charging hours and checking on it later to see what happens. Hope it helps.

My screen has gone blank and not responding, my app shows the battery level is fine (plus I have tried to charge it) 

Can you please advise how I can rectify this?

I ended up chatting with customer service yesterday and they are sending me a replacement.   Mine has no display and no blinking lights after trying to restart using left and bottom button and factory reset pushing all 3 buttons.  Hope that helps you.  Pretty frustrating, but good customer service.
