I had purchased my Fitbit Versa exactly 2 years back on 19th July 2018 through Amazon. Since almost a month, I have been having difficulty in charging the device. I have to manipulate the docking portion of the charger to a particular position, for it to establish contact and charge. Last couple of days, I found that although I have used the Versa for a whole day on my wrist, the next day morning when I put it for charge, it shows 100% charge. I even thought that Fitbit has found a way to charge the watch, using bio-energy!!!
Today, early morning when I woke up around 5 AM IST, I found that there was no display on the watch. Earlier, about a week back similar thing happened and after putting it to charge, it worked. But, today even after charging, it intermittently comes on but shuts off immediately. I tried reloading/pairing the watch with my smartphone, and even after the whole process was done, the watch didn't switch on.
I went through some of the community posts, where one person said, hold all three buttons for 3 minutes or till the fitbit logo appears. Even, this didn't work. The watch is updating calories (time based) because I can see the app in the mobile is updating the calories. I tried wearing the watch and walking for sometime, but it did not update steps. The sensors at the back are not flashing.
Can Fitbit suggest, what else should be done to make the Watch work.

NellyG - Surprisingly, the Fitbit Versa came ‘alive’ when I tried to charge the watch.
