Hi everyone, for some reason my Fitbit Versa stopped syncing to to my iPhone yesterday morning and won’t sync up. On my Versa I can see my steps and even used the exercise tab on it earlier but my iPhone shows I haven’t synced. Can anyone please help. Thanks x

@SunsetRunner, check your iPhone and see if your phone is connected. If it is connected turn off your iPhone and turn it back on. This may help. For some reason my blaze would give me problems with syncing this would correct my syncing problem.

Did you end up getting this fixed? I’m having problems right now too as my Versa stopped synching with myiPhone yesterday. I’ve tried everything: following the steps, turning Bluetooth on and off, removing app and reinstalling, resetting Versa, nothing works.
