My Fitbit versa lite has not been working well lately so I decided to factory reset it. Once it was done, it came up with a window that says"Data not cleared, sync and retry it." So now I'm trying to sync my Fitbit to my phone but it won't sync. Fitbit please fix problems with versa lite!🙏

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
