Fitbit Versa not turning on

Help. I’ve only had my Versa since Christmas and it just won’t turn on! I’ve tried all the troubleshooting and it’s charged but it still won’t work.

Hi, assuming that you tried to restart your Versa several times in a row without any luck. Did you also do a Factory reset? If yes, then I would advice you to contact Customer Support about your problem.
