A few days ago my Fitbit versa screen went black but continued to record data and sync to the app. I tried restarting it and plugging it in several times, as advised. Now it has stopped working all together - nothing on the screen and is no longer tracking data. However, one of the heart rate green lights at the black continues to flash. Please help!

Hi, if you have done all the suggestions and none works, please contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
