My Fitbit Versa, that I have had around 6 months, randomly stopped working. It started with a screen delay when clicking the screen to check steps, HR, and calories, etc. After a day the screen went black but I could still feel vibrations whenever I got 10k steps, texts, etc. after about a day of that it finally stopped working all together. It wont reset when holding the buttons, it wont charge after being attached to the charger for hours. I've researched countless hacks and nothing works.

Hi, in this case I advice you to contact Customer Support about your problem, they are willing to help you out.
