I got given my Fitbit as a Christmas present in December 2018 and after only being used for 6 months it has decided it no longer wants to turn on!
I have tried to press all of the buttons and placed it on charge but nothing seems to work, really upset as love using it.
How do I go getting it fixed or replaced?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article has some steps that you already tried but you can skip them. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I'm having the exact same issue. Mine was charged 2 nights ago, I wore it yesterday to work and half way through the day it shut off. When I got home I put it back on the charger and this morning it still wouldn't turn on. I've tried doing the reset and everything.
