My Fitbit versa has been trying to restart itself all day. The screen goes black and then the Fitbit logo comes up on a black screen like it would if you were restarting it but it has been doing it for 3 days now and won’t go back to the home screen at all. I’ve tried holding down all three buttons but it won’t do anything. I have only had it for 2 months and I wear it everyday. Any suggestions?

@Taylorv1 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on and show the home screen. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please let the battery to drain completely. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours. Finally, I would like you try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
