I've had my Versa less than a year and had nothing but issues. Up until recently the battery was lasting less than 12 hours on a full charge, now it won't even turn on.
I've tried every method of contacting support to no avail! Chat says I lose connection, emails won't send. I'm at the end of my tether!
Can someone help me make contact?
