I love my Fitbit Versa. Two days ago it randomly stopped working. Screen wouldn't wake up and device wouldn't respond to charger. My app showed it had synced 20min prior at 100% battery. I thought this was strange so I went to the help topics and researched some possible solutions. I tried to restart and reset the device but it would not respond to any of these attempts. Then I noticed that there was foggy condensation inside the sensor windows on the back of the device. My device is in perfect condition, there are not cracks, chips scratches etc. so the water inside of this waterproof device is very alarming.
