Two days ago, my Fitbit Versa turned itself off and ever since then it will not turn on. I tried resetting it as well as factory reset but to no avail. I had it charge overnight and it is still unresponsive. It won't even show the Fitbit logo

The same thing happened to my Versa and many other users as well. I believe its a software issue caused by the last update. Fitbit will not replace if it is over a year old or has been replaced before saying warranty applies to the date of original purchase only. I am very disappointed with Fitbit and will not be purchasing any of their product anymore. Congratulations on your new paper weight.

Oh wow. I noticed in the forums many people were having the same issue. I was thinking it was the update and I was wondering did Fitbit have a resolution to this issue

Fitbit's resolution to the issue is to offer you 25% off another versa or 40% off the inferior Fitbit inspire. Fitbit, however, is taking no responsibility for the software issue nor are they offering a recall for devices with faulty batteries. It seems they do not back their product or care about their customer base.

I looked and I haven't found an official response from them. That is not good. There should be a recall if many people are affected by this
