Fitbit Versa not vibrating at all

I have had my Fitbit Versa since Christmas. It has been great, but in the last week or so it has stopped vibrating altogether. I've checked online and it seems I'm not the only one having this problem. Its not even been 4 months and it seems that this is a mechanical issue rather than something wrong with the sync between the watch and my phone. One person I read about had to contact Fitbit who sent him a replacement. Can anyone give me advice what to do please?

Hi @ColinMc01 It may be a glitch so restart ir several times. If this doesnt get it vibrating again, it is probably the vibration motor , so come back here for further help.

Regarding the vibration issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they contacted you via email recently.
