Since my last successful sync March 18 (before that, March 15):
1. My Versa won't sync with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (despite repeated attempts; I get the "Restart Bluetooth" message)
2. The watch continues to lose time (currently at 6:11 pm March 30)
3. Battery life has plummeted (need to recharge every other day)
Fitbit support hasn't been of help, stating that the Galaxy Note is not a fully tested device (not sure what else, if anything, is lacking to be fully tested)
Firmware: 32.33.1.30 (firmware shows Versa battery: Medium)
Phone: Galaxy Note 8; just updated Android version to 9.0 (previously at 8.0.1)

Many phones are released on a daily basis. It does take time to test to see if it will work.
Supported list is here. If yours is not there I'm sorry again it takes time to test

True, it does take time to test devices...
That acknowledged, the Versa was getting along fine with the Note 8 (which is on the list of supported phones) until mid-March

I too am having the same issue with my Note 8 and my fitbit Versa. it was syncing fine until yesterday at 3:48. Not sure what happened but neither my phone nor my app had an update, they just stopped syncing. My bluetooth is on, I have restarted, force stopped, done everything recommended but I cannot get them to sync.

Well, I've gone "nuclear": Factory reset the Versa (being two-plus weeks behind, the data was pretty much not recoverable), uninstalled/reinstalled the app, unpaired the Versa and found that it won't recognize/pair with it....so I've consulted support and ordered a replacement Versa...
