I just got a Versa and went through all the steps but I am only getting calls not msgs. It says a restart to the phone is needed which I done numerous times. I can't actually restart my phone only reboot which I would assume is the same but the fact I am receiving calls should mean I set it up right I think

Im using android so it shouldn't affect me but I was onto chat and they said that it is a possibility

Make sure message permissions are turned on in the android application settings for the Fitbit app and that you have set a default message receiving app.
