Fitbit Versa only shows ‘source output’

I think i have a problem with my fitbit versa. Today I woke up and touched the screen of my watch and no matter what i do it only shows source output and add devices in setting. Ive checked the app on my phone and my phone is connected and synced with the watch. Ive no clue how i can use my watch again! Please help

Have you tried restarting it several times? That is the first step. If that doesnt get it working properly again you will need to do a factory reset, and if that doesnt work yoj will need to contact Support (link in my signature ) Let us know how you go

FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up.  Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

Thank you for your reply. It worked! But now my left button doesn’t work anymore.. how can i fix that?

Was it the factory restet or the restarts that did it? In any case I try a couple more restarts and see if that fixes it. If not a factory reset. Its a bit hard to navigate without the back button! I do hope it comes good. If not younwill need to contact Support (link in my signature )

For some reason yesterday my Fitbit started saying source out and then add devices in settings. I’m lost please help

Has anyone gotten a response to fix this.  My button on the left side looks like it is pushed in farther than the 2 on the right side.  It wont restart.  I get emails and text, it is tracking as the app keeps updating but the front screen will not clear from "source output".
