I have asked this question before but no I'm being ignored and I can't find a way to contact customer service 🙄
I got my versa 2 the middle of June and it was fine for a week. Since then it's not shown me any of my texts, emails or calendar updates. I have uninstalled the app, re paired my versa, restarted my phone, restarted my versa and nothing. I was told that there is an issue and it would be sorted but we are nearly 2 months downs the line and still nothing. I have a Huawei P30 pro.
Can someone PLEASE help me!!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.

I've had no contact since June. I'd say that way being ignored. I am fully aware that there may be a wait but this wait is stupid. I have a brand new product that is not working. I think I have the right to be annoyed that I'm not getting an answer.
I've not emailed as like I said I am unable to email. Everytime I click the link to email them it says page not found.
Nothing that you've replied has helped in anyway.
