My Fitbit versa screen keeps fading out making me unable to use touch features. I've only had it since December and have not used it under water.

@NeeG Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display fades out and the touch function doesn't work properly.
In addition to the information that shared @SunsetRunner, please try changing the clock face to one that is developed by Fitbit. After this, monitor your Versa's display and see if the issue gets fixed.
