My Versa was 100% charged, working FINE! And then turned off an hour later with no warning, have tried to reboot, redocked on the charging station, tried to restart it, it’s unresponsive. This is the third time since Sept. that my Versa has died. Same thing happened to my mothers she bought at Christmas. Is this a faulty product?!?!

have you contacted support? if you haven't, you may want and let them know all the trouble shooting steps you have already taken.
