Versa isn’t vibrating

I just bought my Versa yesterday and the vibration works for the alarm and stop watch but not for calls or text? Do I return it?

so you are getting the actual calls and messages displayed, but the vibration alerting you is not coming through or you are not getting notifications at all? you can try to increase the strength of the vibration and see if that works. you can do it through the settings app on your tracker.

@Dannylec  have you tried a shutdown of the Versa yet?

This is done through the settings/about/ shutdown.
