I got a fitbit versa and it was working fine for last 3 weeks. Suddenly it stopped connecting to the bluetooth headset which was already paired. On trying to trouble shoot followed the steps to restart and reset the device. Now the device wont sync with my iphone 7 plus. When i tried to pair it went on to display pairing number and the screen hangs up there no error or anything.
I tried the solutions listed in forums. Even got to update the firmware over wifi still it is unable to sync up with my phone or connect to any bluetooth headsets.

@Bharath_C_V Please try this:
If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure All day sync is enabled.

did that process several times. Says connected, some watch data shows but not time. Then if I try to pair fit bit is found but no pairing number show up. Tried hard, soft reset of Versa. Reset blue tooth. etc. nothing works. Also in setting on Vera when I scroll down I have two horizontal white lines showing nothing else.
