Fitbit Versa screen/button issues

My screen keeps jumping from the clock to the notifications and onto the exercise screen. Once there it jumps back and forth notifications and running. I've attempted to reboot the device on numerous occasions and turned off the fitbit but it turns itself back on and repeats the process. Once in this mode the button s also fail to work? Anyone help me with this one?

1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
2. Please confirm the steps you took to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
3. Please confirm the steps to turn off your device: How do I turn off my Fitbit device? I recommend  waiting a few minutes before turning on your device.
