I woke up this morning, I always check the time on my Versa, I checked it and out looked like my screen was squished with the bottom half of it black with green lines. I restarted it and it caused the whole screen tol turn black with green lines. Did a factory reset and now my screen is just black. Nothing is working
At this point it is not responding to touch or anything

If your Versa is out of warranty they will not help you. All they offer is a 25% discount towards a new one. The screens cannot be fixed. I just called today because I have a blank screen and after trouble shooting that was the only thing they offered. Not spending another $200+ on a new Fitbit. I've had mine 1.5 yrs. and it stopped working. Fitbit told me that is all they can do, just the 25% discount towards a new one. Sorry but I'm not doing that. See if they tell you different and please share!!

I was told the same. Mine is just out of warranty. I dont think I will be buying another one unless I get a good deal like I did on my current, I bought it on black friday. I love my watch but it is not working, half the time the screen is black and the other times it shows the clock face but it is all squished into the top portion of the screen.
