Fitbit Versa screen shows color through it

Hey all,my fitbit been playing up since yesterday,now all of a sudden the screen is black and when I hold the buttons in, the screen comes up with all colors through it, I've only had it for 15 months.. is it ruined?

I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, restart your watch as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
