I have owned a fitbit since 2014. I have never had problems until I was gifted the Versa 2. I can’t swipe, get to other functions, sometimes if I push the side button to turn on it won’t heck I get to settings to do a reset. A green light flashes at the back. I just put it on the charger and there’s no communication if it’s even charging. Really frustrating and I’m ready to just throw it out the window. Please help.

@2671 I'm sorry for the late response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm also sorry to hear that the screen of your Fitbit Versa 2 can't swipe or go to other functions.. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have the same problem on my versa2. My clock face is one by Fitbit. I have tried 5 different faces and nothing works. My Charge 3 was defective and now my Versa 2. I sense a pattern here.

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa 2 experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that they are taking care of your case.
