So this is the second time I've been on the platform regarding my fitbit versa.
I was sent a new screen in September 2019 as the one I had previously went black/blank and wasn't syncing to my phone. After I was sent a new watch I used it and charged it as normal. I didn't connect it to my phone though as I was worried about it not syncing again.
So now the new screen which is only 3 month's old has gone blank. I've tried all the suggestions on the page but nothing is working. Any suggestions Fitbit?

Regarding the screen issues that your recent Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting the Fitbit Community.
In order to avoid providing the same information on my end, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Also, let me know is your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.
