Fitbit Versa screen went black

Yesterday my heartbeat on the watch went up to 180bp, and I was totally fine, thereafter my sliding option didn't work. I thought let me do the update. After I have done the firmware update this morning my screen blacked out completely and does not want to come back on. 

I can see it is detecting movement and lights up a little bit more, but no clock face or anything is showing. 

Please advice

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided. Please keep an eye on your email account since they'll reply soon in order to follow up.

My watch won't come up or be found on bluetooth or wi fi.  Diamond screen come and goes but no clock face.  Holding down button does nothing, Versa 2

@JuanJoFitbit I am not satisfied even though the solution is provided because when I receive an email asking for specific information, they don't ask all the necessary questions in one email. It is 1 question per email and then I only receive the reply 2-3 days thereafter.

 

I need this matter to be resolved and finalised ASAP, waiting 3 days for a reply after my quick response are not acceptable.
