I bought the versa because my last Fitbit stopped working now this one is not working screen had lines running through it then went black I tried restarting but no luck. I can tell I'm not the only one here with this problem is fitbit a subpar product now?? Not sure if I will ever buy another product warrantys are only for a year and then Mysteriously stops working 🤔🤔

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
