My versa screen went white and won’t work can someone help can’t do a reset.

@Ulisesp87 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning one and a reset can't be performed.
I would like to know if your watch turns on or vibrates when you plug it in the charger. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
