Fitbit Versa sleep

So I got a Fitbit Versa on Tuesday (it’s now Thursday) and one of the things I was looking forward to was sleep tracking. On the first night, it was normal and tracked my sleep like it shows on the features but then on the second night it showed nothing even though I have the automatic thing on! And then last night it was very very basic compared to what Fitbit described - I took a screenshot however  I don’t know how to post a picture on here, but it basically just showed awake and asleep! Does anyone know how I can solve this?

Hi @mdudley to get the sleep stages you got the first night, the app needs enough information from the tracker. The most common problem is that there is not a sufficently detailed heart rate information. So the things to try are first off restarting your Versa several times. Restart your tracker

If that doesnt fix the issue, try tightening the band one notch, or alternatively loosening it a notch. Also try it further up your arm towards your elbow, or even on the inside of the wrist, which seems to work better for some people.

So play around with these things for a few nights and see how you go.
