Versa not receiving call notifications

I get text notifications and Facebook notifications but no incoming call notifications, only missed call notifications. I have Samsung Galaxy S7

@anitasims14 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not receiving incoming call notifications.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. If the app is up to date, please turn off the notifications, log out of the app, restart your phone, then open the app again and log in. After this, turn on the notifications again and monitor your Versa in order to see if your Versa gets call notifications.

 

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Once you've done this, repeat the previous workaround.

 

As a side note, I'd like to know if this issue started recently or if your Versa never received call notifications.
