Problem with syncing if the Versa you use iPhone

does anyone else have the issue with it syncing and keeping a watch face updated like if you use a weather one its suppose to update the weather every 5mins or so but its not happeing  i have reset the whole thing im not even sure what is going on its crazy

 

After looking at the issue its the all day sync not correctly working even though its on.

@SunsetRunner It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not syncing with your phone properly and the clock face doesn't update the info either. Thank you by the way, for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, please log out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, make sure that the "All Day Sync" feature is enabled again and sync your tracker. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issues get fixed,

according to fitbit support on twitter it has not been syncing for over 30mins  i done everything

1.reset phone to new phone

2.uninstalled app and reinstalled

3.unpaired and repaired

4.factory reset the watch

 

all day sync is on nothing is working

There is major issues with the iOS app all day sync apparently
