My Fitbit will not sync fully!!! I have searched the forums and done every tip but nothing works. I thought it was my iPhone 8 so I uploaded the app to my laptop and restarted everything from scratch 👎. I then did it from my tablet 👎 and husbands phone👎. I’ve just been for a run and the only thing it manages to do on the app is show my steps and calories burnt. It doesn’t register my heart rate, exercise or sleep. I was so excited with my bday gift but now I want to send it back.

I have heard restarting your phone and your Fitbit may help. Head over to pg. 68 in the user guide for the procedure. It's like hold the left button and the bottom button until you see the Fitbit logo.
