Versa not connecting to my iPhone

I tried everything to fix this and not working it keeps connecting disconnecting at the same time

my phone and watch won't connect to each other! are you receiving text message notifications? what type of phone do you have?! i called fitbit and they said its "an error with ios" yeah my f'ing a$$

Did you tried connecting your versa with any other phone? Are you running iOS 12 beta on your iPhone ?

My phone is on 11.4.1 but has the latest software well that’s what it is saying, it was working perfectly well before.

Tried with iPad and still not working, I have started to use my charge2 no problems with that one as I re installed it to my account.
