To Whom It May Concern: There Has To Be An Easy Solution For When You Walk With Your Fitbit On Certain Surfaces Or  When Your Pushing A Cart, It Won’t Count Your Steps Unless You Turn Your Arms Crocked. Also More Fitbit Adventures. Sincerely

All wrist models will not count when you are holding on to something. Put it in a pocket if you want the steps counted

 

As for challenges

Go to the features forum and search for challenges and vote for what you want

Developers look there for ideas. If it gets the votes it could be added
