I went charged my Fitbit Versa but the next morning I put it on my wrist it would start counting my steps and I did shut it down and I have reset before but someone help, tell how to fix it I would appreciate it.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please be more specific about the Versa issue you are experiencing? Didn't your watch reset at midnight? It isn't counting your steps? It isn't syncing? Please provide me with more information or if you can screenshots.
