I've got a Versa and before that a blaze for 2 years
For the last week, my Versa has stopped tracking walks, all my exercise auto recognise have been turned off and that's the way it's always been, and walks have still tracked.
I've tried with the walk auto recognise turned on but the versa thinks I'm running.
I just want to track my walks automatically without the exercise app starting just like it has been for 2 1/2 years
I've reset my Fitbit, unpaired from my phone and app, deleted the app, cleared my cache
It's still not working, anyone got any advice?
If not it's off to apple watch I go

Fitbit are getting worse
Customer service/support are useless, this just shows that the latest versa update is a piece of crap, you only need to see that from the number of complaints on here
Funny how customer services don't respond, is that because of the sheer number of complaints or that the versa has turned into a piece of garbage, or that they won't admit all the faults!

So has mine plus sometimes it counts climbing stairs in my home and sometimes not I don’t know what Fitbit are doing but there going to lose a lot of customers if there not careful.
