Versa malfunctioning

I have the Versa (first edition). I have had it about 10 months. At this point, it messes up frequently. Often, I cannot get the screen to turn on until I push the button 4 to 5 times. Many times, I cannot get the Versa to sync, even in good wifi and bluetooth is always connected. It doesn't track my sleep sometimes because of this. It lags a lot, even when it's fully charged, has been recently reset, and has a stock clock face. When I turn it off to try to reset when it's doing these things, I can't get it to come back on for awhile. Then I have to get it back on by holding all 3 buttons for about 30 seconds. I feel that none of this is normal, and I don't know what else to do.  I sent a support request to FitBit, but figured maybe I missed something in the plethora of topics here?
