Hi my Fitbit Versa stopped working today. At first I couldn’t type in pin and then it started tying in random numbers. After a few tries it then said unlock with phone so I did that and then it did the same thing again. Then after a while my Bitmoji went green and red and orange then the screen had lines on it. The screen was black with coloured lines. Then the screen went black and was vibrating a few times with a white and blue line in the corner which had been there for a while but didn’t bother me. I don’t think it was charging because percentage didn’t show up. I also don’t think you can restart it. Every time you press the watch now the screen is black with blue and white line in the corner. Only started this morning. Any ideas? If not I’ll have to use my old charge 2. Thanks.
