I bought a versa lite 2 months ago and it worked perfectly up until a week and a bit ago. Now it’s lost all track of time, wont do the update, won’t sync to my phone, my phone can’t even find it on Bluetooth. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggestions multiple times over multiple days. This is extremely frustrating. I can’t afford to have a $200 watch just sitting around collecting dust.

Do a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.
