 My fitbit versa stopped working although battery life was 56%. Now I am not able to see anything on the screen. I have also put it on charging but no response. How can I check if it is being charged? Even pressing all the buttons for a long time did not help.

Try restarting it several times. Let us know how you go

Mine is the same. I can’t get it to turn on and it was fully charged yesterday.

I have tried a lot, but, nothing is happening. I think I can get it replaced or my money back.
