Got a present of Fitbit Versa few months ago and it has stopped working , no receipt and the screen is black , it won’t charge . Really dissspointed as I love it and lost without it . Tried to contact customer support but no joy ..

How did you try contacting Support? I've found I've had the most luck with reaching out to them via the Live Chat (link provided on the Help site) and Twitter.

yes went to the help page on my Fitbit app and rang a number that didn’t work and saw twitter but not on Twitter . I will try the online chat . Thank you
