Sleep is not syncing

@Vickieal welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not syncing your sleep information.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, check out this help page and see if the steps are being followed properly in order to track your sleep.

My Fitbit was recording sleep until the last update. The last two nights, it has not recorded my sleep. I read the help articles and will change the sleep setting to sensitive to see if that helps. Still it seems obvious from the multiple negative comments on the different boards that the last update did not go well. Having been with Fitbit for years, I trust you are working on an update to fix the problems.

I did a reset of my versa and cleaned the back. It worked last night. Thank you for your comments.
