Hi -
Purchased a fitbit Versa in July 2019, and after the latest update it is now stuck on the Quick Settings screen. After letting the battery die, and trying to reset it, the problem is not fixed. How can I either fix it, or return for a replacement (as it is still under warranty)?

@GreenCycleboy, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa got stuck on the "Quick Settings" screen. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In addition to the workaround that @SunsetRunner, advised, I'd like you to let the battery to drain completely. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours, then follow @SunsetRunner, advice again. Make sure to sync your watch before this in order to avoid lowing current data.
