Fitbit Versa syncing, but not receiving text messages

I've had my fitbit versa for about a year and a half, however the last few days I have been receiving notifications, but not messages. I have restarted, reset, logged out then logged back in on fitbit, turned the notifications off and then back on and I'm still not receiving them. If anyone has experienced anything similar to this or has suggestions, I will gladly accept it.

Hi @Mo_Stover12 , thanks for the info. Besides iPhone users, also some Android users have problems with the text messages, mainly Samsung users (Tizen layer?). This is the result of the latest update version 70.7.14. Fitbit is aware of this issue and is working on a fix for it. Regards kuzibri

Yep, I've been having this issue on my s9 for the past 3 months with still no resolution. I can see the messages if I go into notifications, but I am not getting any vibration or pop-up.
