my versa 7months old touch screen is not responding at all. I have factory reset it multiple times but this is only fixing the issue temporarily. This is really annoying. Any suggestions?

@Versablack welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch screen feature is not working even though you've tried a factory reset before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, I'd like you to try a regular restart. In order to do so, please follow the steps that are listed in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
