Fitbit Versa unable pair with oppo R17

I purchase the fitbit versa last week,  when I wanted to pair with my oppo R17 it's unable to pair with it. It's totally him when reach to the part wanted to key in the pin no from watch to phone

Hi @Jimmyng The only Oppo phone on the Supported Devices List is the Oppo 17Pro, so if yours is not the Pro, this may be the problem. Have a look at THIS Help Article on set up issues.

Hi @NellyG , yes I'm currently using oppo R17. I already tried the function as per Help article given but still unable to setup. May I know have any other solution?

im now using versa with oppo f9.

1st, i use my computer to setup the versa, sync every data with newly created fitbit account.

2nd, i use oppo f9 to connect versa manually, through setting > bluetooth....look for versa and click for pairing, and it will just paired like that without any pin number to key in.

3rd, then open fitbit app in oppo f9, login to the fitbit account created, you will see there is versa under device.

4th, disconnect versa with computer, then click sync in oppo f9 (bluetooth must on), so how it can connect and sync by clicking the versa.

but there are issues facing currently, notification....versa cannot receive any notification from phone. in fitbit app, click on account>devices>versa>general>notification, when click allow to receive, it will crash and jump back to previous screen. it will flash / crash when ever you click the notification. it cant show the options of notifications to receive calls, messages, etc

i do hope that fitbit can solve it.

additional note: i install google wear app as well because previously im using samsung watch s3 with huawei and happened during that time install google wear (no using but just leave it there) helps in notification. but in tis case oppo with versa, i just manage to receive total missed call notification only, others notifications cannot.

I do hope it help if really want to connect to the phone (can sync but major features cannot use)
