I will add that since I am constantly losing connection with my iPhone, I have figured out the best way to reconnect (though, admittedly, it doesn't stick for long). I've tried restarting the iphone and the Versa, turning off Bluetooth and then back on, and reinstalling the Fitbit app to no avail. The best way to get everything working (for a day or so) is to go into the Fitbit app, remove the Versa, and then add the Versa again. Doing this usually gets everything working again, at least until the next disconnect. The bottom line is the watch does not work as it should; there is no reason for a user to have to constantly remove and add the watch for it to work. I'd feel much better if someone from Fitbit would admit that it is a known issue and they are working on correcting it, but I haven't seen that from searching the forums (though I do see plenty of connection problems posted from Versa owners).
