I noticed my battery had been dying every day over the past few days which was odd. I put my watch on the charger last night and woke up to it flashing the FitBit logo. My husband was able to get it to work but then placed it back on the charger, where it’s been all day and it will not turn on. We’ve checked the power source and put his Versa on the same charger and his works just fine. I’m so annoyed because I spent so much money on this watch and the one year warranty was up in March. Should I trash it?

Hi @JennRod304 Oh that is sad. Have you tried restarting it several times? If not give that a go. Also try tje suggestions in THIS Help Article on Charging problems. If that doesnt help either then contact support (I know it is out of warranty but worth a try) - link in my signature

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not longer under warranty and I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.
